Get your free estimateThe Halden Heating and Air San Antonio Guarantee
Since 2004, we’ve operated on one rule that hasn’t changed: you get a written price before any work starts, a written guarantee on every repair, and a free return visit if that repair fails. No exceptions, no fine print, no “depending on the manager.” When a San Antonio homeowner calls us about a struggling AC unit in July, they’re not just buying a repair. They’re buying the certainty that someone will answer the phone, show up when promised, and stand behind what got fixed. That’s the whole job. Andre Fuller, our owner, put it simply: a guarantee only matters if it’s automatic. Ours is.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every repair. Every repair we complete comes with a written guarantee. If the same issue returns within the coverage window, we come back and fix it at no charge.
- Written pricing before work begins. You’ll receive a written price before any tool comes off the truck. The number you approve is the number you pay, period.
- Parts and equipment we install. We service Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard systems. Any part we supply and install is backed by our workmanship guarantee.
- Cleanup and respect for your home. Our technicians wear uniforms, arrive background-checked, and leave your home the way they found it. No scrap metal in the yard, no oily footprints on the tile.
- On-time arrival you can track. Book online and you’ll get a live arrival time for your technician, not a four-hour window. You’ll know when we’re pulling up.
- The 365-Day Done Right Promise. A full year of accountability on every completed job. If it’s not done right, we make it right.

How the Free Second Visit Works
Here’s the most common question we get: “What if you fix my AC and it breaks again next week?” Fair question. Every repair includes a free second visit automatically under the written guarantee. You don’t have to argue, prove your case, or escalate to a manager. Call us, describe what’s happening, and we schedule the return trip. If the repair failed because of our workmanship or a part we installed, the second visit costs you nothing. That’s not a courtesy. That’s the guarantee doing its job. Most San Antonio repair companies treat a callback as a scheduling problem. We treat it as an obligation.
Our Satisfaction Promise
If something about your service doesn’t feel right, tell us. Not next month. Not after you’ve stewed on it. Call (903) 623-6784 and tell the person who answers, because a real person will answer, 24 hours a day. We’ll listen to what went wrong and we’ll make a plan to fix it. That might mean sending a different technician, redoing the work, or crediting part of your bill. We don’t hide behind voicemail trees and we don’t make you explain the problem three times to three different people. The Relay Standard, the operating standard we follow as part of the Relay Home Co. network, exists for exactly this situation: clear expectations, clear communication, and a fix that sticks. If we made a mistake, we own it. Andre Fuller didn’t build this company to win arguments with homeowners. He built it to fix heating and cooling problems in San Antonio properly the first time, and to make it right the rare time that doesn’t happen.

AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as strong as the company standing behind it. Halden Heating and Air is licensed and insured to perform HVAC work throughout the San Antonio area. That matters because it protects you twice. Insurance means if something goes wrong on the job, you’re not left holding the bill. Licensing means we answer to the state’s standards for HVAC work, not just our own. The Relay Visibility Guarantee, which applies to every job we complete, adds another layer: what we promise in writing, we deliver in practice. When you combine licensed and insured backing with a written guarantee and a 365-day promise, you get what a guarantee is supposed to be. Not a sales pitch. A backup plan you’ll probably never need, but one you’ll be glad exists if you do. It’s the difference between hoping a contractor stands behind their work and knowing they will.
What We Don’t Ask You to Trust
We don’t ask San Antonio homeowners to trust our reputation, our intentions, or a friendly handshake. We ask you to trust paper. Written price, written guarantee, free return visit if the repair fails, and a live person on the phone around the clock. Those terms don’t change based on the season, the size of the job, or who happens to answer your call. Whether it’s a refrigerant recharge (topping off the coolant your system needs to produce cold air) in a Stone Oak condo or a full AC installation in a Helotes ranch house, the guarantee is the same. Call (903) 623-6784 for service, or book online and track your tech to the door. You’ll know the price before we start, and you’ll know the guarantee before you sign.
