Free AC Repair Estimate with Written Price Before Work Begins

We come out, diagnose the problem, and hand you a written price before a single tool comes off the truck. This applies to any AC repair in San Antonio, whether you’re in Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, or down near the Mission Reach. You approve the number first, or you don’t. There’s no pressure either way.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (903) 623-6784.

Written Guarantee on Every Repair, Free Second Visit If It Fails

Every repair we do comes with a written guarantee. If that same repair fails within the coverage window, we come back at no charge, automatically. You don’t argue, you don’t call three times, you don’t fill out a claim. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s included on every job we complete in San Antonio.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (903) 623-6784.

Seasonal AC Tune-Up, Upfront Flat Rate

Before the San Antonio summer turns your attic into a kiln, get your system checked. We inspect the capacitor, contactor, refrigerant pressures, and drain line so you’re not the house on Nextdoor asking for emergency help on July 4th. Our tune-up price is given to you flat, before we start, and our techs aren’t paid on what they sell.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (903) 623-6784.

First-Time Customer Courtesy: Priority Scheduling and Live Arrival Tracking

New to Halden Heating and Air San Antonio? Book your first AC repair, furnace repair, or installation online and you’ll get a live arrival time you can track to your door. Not a four-hour window. You’ll see where your background-checked, uniformed tech is, and when he’ll actually pull up. Calls are answered by a live person, 24/7, so you’re never leaving a voicemail and hoping.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (903) 623-6784.

Senior and Military Courtesy Scheduling

San Antonio has a big military and retiree community, and we respect that. Active duty, veterans, and seniors get courtesy priority scheduling when you mention it on the call. Same written-price guarantee, same 365-Day Done Right Promise. You just get an earlier slot when we have one available.

Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (903) 623-6784.

How to Redeem

Redeeming one of these San Antonio HVAC specials is simple. First, call (903) 623-6784 and tell the live person who answers which offer you want, or mention it when you book online. Second, get your appointment locked in with a live arrival time you can track. Third, show your offer confirmation when the tech arrives. He’ll honor it as quoted, and you’ll still get your written price before any work begins.

Why These Specials Actually Matter

Most HVAC coupons in San Antonio come with fine print that makes the discount disappear. Ours don’t, because the three things that matter most to us aren’t discounts at all. They’re the written price before work starts, the written guarantee on every repair, and the free second visit if that repair fails. Andre Fuller, Owner, built Halden Heating and Air San Antonio around those three promises in 2004, and they’re still non-negotiable today. The Relay Standard and The Relay Visibility Guarantee are what we operate under as part of the Relay Home Co. network, and they mean exactly what they sound like: you see what’s happening, you know what it costs, and if we miss, we fix it.

We service all major brands, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard. Whether it’s a refrigerant recharge (topping off the coolant your system needs to produce cold air), a blower motor replacement, or a full furnace repair in the middle of a rare San Antonio freeze, the price is written down before we touch anything.

What Happens After You Call

You won’t get a phone tree. A real person answers, takes down what’s going on, and gets you scheduled. You’ll get a live arrival time for your tech, and you can watch him make his way to your door. When he arrives, he diagnoses the issue, explains it in plain language, and hands you a written quote. You approve it, and only then does the work start. When it’s done, you get a written guarantee on the repair. That’s it. That’s every job, every time, in every San Antonio neighborhood we serve.
